Terms & refunds

Tickets

Each ticket admits the people shown on it. One QR code covers your whole booking. Please arrive by the start time; doors open at the time listed on the event page.

Refunds

• Each event has its own refund policy, shown on that event's page. The policy shown when you book is the one that applies.
• After that, tickets can't be refunded.
• If we cancel or reschedule an event, you'll get a full refund to your original payment method.

To request a refund, email studiofluidarts@gmail.com with your order number (it starts with FA-).

Payments

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Fluid Arts Studio never sees or stores your full card details.

Your information

We use your name, email and phone number to send your tickets, check you in, and contact you about your booking. If you book for children, we only record that a child ticket was bought, not the child's details. We don't sell your information. To have your details removed, email us.

At the studio

Children must be supervised by an adult. We may take photos at events for the studio's social media; tell a member of staff if you'd prefer not to appear.
